Guidelines

The Active House Guidelines document is intended to be used in the conceptual design stage of an Active House and allows construction experts to better focus on the three main indictors: Comfort, Energy and Environment. Furthermore, it also takes into account topics that should be considered in the very early design phase of an Active House. In addition, it discusses essential principles that influence the performance of an Active House.

The guidelines is developed for architects, designers, engineers, developers who are in a process of designing sustainable buildings. This first version will be reviced in the beginning of 2016 and comments and input for the update are welcome.
