C2A RENOVATION in Belarus

Family consists of parents and 3 childrens 7, 5 and 3 years old. C2A RENOVATION is a compact modern house composed of three floors including cellar. Before renovation energy efficient class was «C» according local building legislation. Renovation process helped to achieve class «A+» for heating and improve comfort level for healthy living and wellbeing.

Taking into account existing building it was not possible to enlarge windows everywhere and improve average daylight factor in every living room. But it was possible to create best natural light conditions in child rooms and add necessary windows (red color) after daylight analyze.

Including balcony to child room allowed to organized highly day lighted workplace. Child will have an opportunity to focus eyes not only on book, but also outside room. It influences his health.

C2A RENOVATION suggests occupants not less than +21 °C air temperature inside in cold period and not more than +27 °C in hot period by: good envelop insulation, automatically regulated heating system, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
