Motivation
The key driver in my chosen profession is to make a difference. This has guided me throughout my career, resulting in my long service at VELUX where I was able to support the business in many ways, both internally and externally using this rationale.
As an architectural technologist, my forte is problem solving which involves rationalising situations to create practical and effective solutions to overcome issues and resolve potential conflicts between design and construction. This is where I get greatest satisfaction in my work and is why I enjoy my chosen occupation. |
