| I formed Eco-Energy (NI) Ltd in Northern Ireland in 2006. The focus of the company has evolved from being installers of Low and Zero Carbon (LZC) technologies into low carbon retrofit of existing dwellings. My 2010 MSc thesis was based on retrofitting existing dwellings using the Trias Energetica concept and Passivhaus principles to reach an 80% reduction in CO2.
