M.M.M. Projektai (M.M.M. Projects) is a real estate development and management company operating in Central and Eastern Europe and creating projects that meet high sustainability, quality and comfort standards. We are the first Lithuanian private company to develop property according to the BREEAM New Construction standard.
We operate in Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. At year-end 2016, the shareholders’ equity of M.M.M. Projects exceeded EUR 70 million.
We develop property that conforms to global core values of social responsibility and sustainability. We are also the market leader in the area of office development – we have landed the biggest Class A office space leases in the Lithuanian office market in 2016 and so far in 2017. Our projects meet the highest market requirements for minimizing environment impact, maximizing employee well-being and serving the community.
Our projects
Four buildings in a business park at a former bakery complex in Vilnius are being developed under BREEAM sustainable design principles. The advantages of the new premises include but are not limited to flexible space planning, wireless communications and the use of solar energy and rain water. Two office buildings, with rental space of 12,000 and 15,000 sq. m. respectively, are leased to Danske Bank and Telia.
The 8-floor Antakalnio Parkas apartment building, accommodating 120 families, is situated in a prestigious area of Vilnius close to a park. It is designed to reduce the impact of noise and take the best possible advantage of living close to nature. The ground floor is designated for commercial premises.
