I am a property developer & I am building 13 apartments to Active House standard in Newhaven, England.
Homes will generate approx 4 x the energy they consume, have no energy bills & 1/2 the normal water bills.
Externally we will be able to grow vegetables up the walls. Inside flats we will have an Aeroponic growing system & gardens in apartments. Alltogether they will grow more herbs, vegetables & fruit than a family consumes
Homes will pay their own mortgage, through energy generation income & a granny annex that pays the monthly mortgage payments. So that it will cost nothing to live in your own home |
