Call for Papers for Building Materials & Indoor Environment Conference

In the period 15-29 August a number of doctoral course and conference segments will take place at the Technical University of Denmark under the common umbrella MSSCE 2016. Among others a conference segment dedicated to “Building Materials and Indoor Environment” will be organized from 21 till 24 August in Lyngby, Denmark sponsored by COST Action TU1302, Knud Højgaard Foundation and Larsen & Nielsen Foundation.

mssceBuilding materials have a significant influence on the indoor environmental quality. Emissions from materials will influence the indoor air quality and the requirements for ventilation. Other indoor environmental parameters like acoustic and lighting conditions are influenced by the surface materials used. The conference segment will serve as a platform for dissemination of state-of-the-art knowledge.

Contributions to the conference segment should deal with theory, modelling, or results from experi­mental investigations with relation to the influence of building materials on the indoor environmental quality. Abstract are accepted until 30 February 2016.
